Broadcast before the infamous “War Of The Worlds” show, this one is equally as good, especially the suspense and atmosphere during the voyage of the Demeter! Howdy Folks! It’s The Kendog here with some more old radio fun, this time in celebration of Easter. We’re going with a couple of classic comedies. First up is a classic Fibber Mcgee & Molly episode from 1948. Then we go back about ten years for a classic episode of the Jack Benny Program from 1938. Howdy Folks! It’s The Kendog with a bit of entertaining whimsy today. There is no overreaching theme hear or any particular reason for this other than my love of tap dancing. The Nicholas Brothers were just that cool. Below are a few clips showcasing some of their most famous dance numbers and even a little documentary featuring the two.
