Howdy Folks! It’s The Kendog here with another episode of Radio Daze. This Radio Daze features a jumbo edition featuring four episdoes of the popular mid-1950s program “X-Minus One.” “X-Minus One” featured tales written by some of the finest science fiction authors of the time, including Ray Bradbury, Isaac Asimov, Robert Heinlein, and Philip K. Dick. Focusing mostly on fictitious visions of the future involving space travel, aliens, and advanced technology, “X-Minu One” feature great storytelling and wonderful production values. Three of the episodes I have feature technology run amok and early incidents of artificial intelligence. The last one is one of my favorites, and it’s called “Gun For Dinosaur” which is a cautionary tale combining time travel, big game hunting, and dinosaurs. All four episodes are classics, but “Gun For Dinosaur” is my favorite of the bunch. Enjoy! So Sayeth The Kendog!
