Deciding on whether or not you’ll like a movie like “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of The Shadows” is a lot easier than in other films.  Ninety percent of your decision can be found in the title.  What do you expect from a film about four mutated brothers who happen to be turtles and also happen to be ninja?  After that decision is made, then you can start assessing the standard criticisms of the film: acting, script, production values, etc.  This review is for those of you who’ve gotten past that ninety percent and the verdict is actually quite good.  Fans of the turtles will find a lot to enjoy about this second installment.
