It’s The Kendog here with two classic comedies to keep you in stitches in this latest addition of “Radio Daze” Check out Lucille Ball in “My Favorite Husband” which is a prelude to the fame she would attain on “I Love Lucy” then stick around for “The Great Guildersleeve” which was a very successful spinoff from the classic show “Fibber McGee & Molly.” Both episodes are very good and will have you chuckling the entire time! Howdy Folks! It’s The Kendog here with some old radio fun in honor of the new Amazon film “Being The Ricardos” which chronicles a tense week during the shooting of the “I Love Lucy” program featuring Nicole Kidman as Lucille Ball and Javier Bardem as Desi Arnaz. It’s a wonderful film and at one point it shows how Lucy got her idea for “I Love Lucy.” She was doing a popular radio show called “My Favorite Husband” with Richard Denning.
