Dog’s Movie House: “Night Swim” Intriguing, But Slight PG-13 Horror Film!

Howdy Folks! It’s The Kendog here with a look at “Night Swim” a new horror film from Blumhouse studios that is an attempt to replicate the success of last year’s “M3GAN.” The good news is that the film is far better than the horrible trailers suggest. The bad news is that, unlike “M3GAN” “Night Swim” is hampered by it’s PG-13 rating and runs out of steam toward the end. Still the premise and the performances, along with a creeping sense of dread around the featured swimming pool for the film’s first half, make “Night Swim” a mostly entertaining horror film!
