Dog’s Movie House: “Cocaine Bear” A Riotus Horror Comedy That’s Gory And Glorious!”
Howdy Folks! It’s The Kendog here with a look at a film that’s destined to become a cult classic. It’s called “Cocaine Bear” and it’s a film that delivers exactly what the title promises. In 1985 a cocaine smuggler ditches a bunch of cocaine before the plane crashes. It lands in the middle of a Georgia Forest where a large quantity of it is consumed by a black bear who predictably goes on a rampage. Meanwhile, the drug dealer in charge of the missing shipment (the late Ray Liotta) sends his son (Alden Ehrenreich) and his top soldier (O’Shea Jackson Jr.) to retrieve the shipment. In the meantime, the coked-out bear attacks everything in sight in the search of more blow, including two children playing hooky from school and one terrified but resourceful mother (Keri Russell). Who will survive? Who will die in a savage attack of claws and teeth? See the movie find out!
