Radio Daze: Abbot And Costello To Tickle Your Funny Bone!

Howdy Folks! It’s The Kendog with another edition of Radio Daze! I know it’s been a minute, but I’m back and this new episode is near and dear to my heart. When my grandfather first introduced me to old radio, the first show he played for me was the “Who’s On First” episode of The Abbot And Costello Show (sponsored by Camel Cigarettes, no less.) It was the entire half-hour show, wtih commercial breaks, songs, and three comedy segments, culminating in the classic final routine. It started me on my obsession and love of old time radio and although Bud and Lou could flame out on the air every now and again, more often than not they were funny as hell!
