Dog’s Movie House: “Intrusion,” “Dear Evan Hanson” On Tap This Week!

Howdy Folks! It’s The Kendog here with a look at two new movies opening up this week. One is at the trusty theater and is an adaptation of a hit Broadway musical titled “Dear Evan Hansen.” The other is a Netflix release, a thriller called “Intrusion” that deals with the aftermath of a home invasion at a house in the middle of nowhere. Of the two, I found “Intrusion” more entertaining as “Dear Evan Hansen” left me wondering what the hell I just watched! I think it might be a generational thing, but spontaneously bursting into song in the middle what should be a compelling drama involving social disorders and suicide seems somewhat. . .off to me.
