This base, we are told, is one of two the U.S. has to shoot down enemy nuclear missiles. Enter a female captain with a past who is forced to fight to keep a group of terrorists from taking control of the platform in order to start World War III. In interesting premise is marred somewhat by spotty acting, some less-than-stellar special effects, and some holes in the script. That said, the movie is engaging enough to keep your attention for most of its less than two hour run time.
